The best way to reach us is by email at [email protected]. We're a small editorial site, so we can't offer one-to-one tech support for individual VPN apps, but we do want to hear about two things in particular.

Corrections

If a fact has gone stale — an audit that's been superseded, a protocol detail that's changed, a law that's moved — tell us and point to a source if you can. Accuracy matters more to us than being first, and we update pages when the facts change.

Suggest an explainer

If there's a VPN idea you keep seeing and never quite understanding, suggest it. A lot of our explainers start as exactly that kind of question. We'll aim to answer it in the first two sentences and draw a diagram for the rest.
